How It's Made
The surface is carved with subtle undulations, catching light like ripples on dark water. Burned using the yakisugi technique, the cedar takes on a rich black tone with soft texture. Resting on hand-turned ball feet, the piece has presence while feeling balanced and lifted.

Burnt cedar (yakisugi technique), plant-based oil finish, soft matte sheen, steel frog
Care & Use
Wax occasionally commensurate with use, avoid abrasives or harsh cleaners.
