How It's Made
Each board is custom made so sizes and appearance vary slightly with each board.
Materials
Acacia wood. Sealed with salad bowl oil, then finished with wax and mineral oil
Highlights
- Reversible board with routed juice groove on one side and flat underside with routed finger slots
- Acacia is not as dense as normal butcher block style boards but the lack of density helps preserve sharp knife edge
