    Pin + Pallet

    Kitchen & Dining

I’m Aisha — the maker behind Pin + Pallet. Woodworking started as a creative outlet for me, but quickly became something much deeper. There’s something grounding about working with raw materials and turning them into pieces that become part of everyday life. I specialize in handcrafted cutting boards and bread boxes, each one built with intention, durability, and beauty in mind. As a mom of two little ones, I understand how meaningful the small, everyday moments are — gathering around food, sharing meals, creating traditions. That’s what inspires my work. Every piece I make is meant to support those moments and feel like a natural part of your home. No two boards or boxes are exactly the same. Each one carries its own character, shaped by the wood itself and finished by hand in my shop. My goal is simple: to create pieces that are both practical and personal — something you’ll reach for daily and keep for years to come.

    More about the Artist

    Artist Statement

Pin + Pallet was built during seasons of motherhood and growth, This work reflects a desire to create a slower, more intentional life—one where making things by hand still matters. What started as time in the wood shop—shaping wood, learning grain, and finding rhythm in the process—quickly became something more meaningful. Each bread box, is designed with intention: to be used daily, to gather people, and to live alongside the small, beautiful moments that make up everyday life. Pin + Pallet bread boxes are not airtight by design. Allowing humidity to circulate keeping bread closer to how it was meant to be enjoyed: a crisp, flavorful crust; a moist crumb; and that perfect, satisfying chew. It’s a small detail that makes a big difference. The lids are thoughtfully designed to double as cutting boards, featuring durable end-grain patterns. Every piece is a blend of craftsmanship, functionality, and the hope that something handmade can make a home feel warmer. Thank you for supporting small makers—and for letting my work become a part of your daily rituals.
